General Booking Terms

Please note that we accept cash and all major credit and debit cards as well, but sometimes service not working. please take care of this in advance or hold enough sum in cash. 

When reserving a tour, you will be given a pick-up and drop-off time, but final estimate time will be given in the evening before tour

Do I have to reserve a tour?

Yes, due to government guidelines, spaces are limited, maximum 10 persons on the boat.

Do you have any age restrictions?

Children under the age of 5 not permitted on the snorkeling, they can explore sharks from the boats.

What if we not found sharks?

This situation is extremely rare 1-2% of cases during the season. However, we understand that this may upset you, in which case we offer a partial refund 19USD p/p or with a surcharge of 109USD, you can make another try on any day that suits you.

What if we saw sharks, but captain not allowed us for a snorkeling?

Other rare situation, but in this case, snorkeling does not take place for two of the possible reasons: a) unsafe weather conditions, b) the ban on snorkeling were received from the employees of the Ministry of the Environment (SEMARNAT) who are checking the area. In this case, the tour is considered complete.

 

Do I need to pay anything in advance?

Yes, please make a deposit of 119.00USD p/p (for shared tours) or 1199USD (for individuals)  at a time convenient for you, but not later than 48 hours before pick-up. Otherwise, your tour will be canceled automatically if you have not specified the details in advance.
